Ruston Typhoon 4.9MW Gas Turbine Unit
This Ruston Typhoon 4.9MW Gas Turbine unit is installed on a single base frame together with natural gas and liquid fuel system, steam injection, gearbox, lubrication oil and compressed air system, Rustronic MKII control system and Siemens MCC, Generator and controls. The plant is immediately available.
This dual fuel generating plant was commissioned in May 1994 comprising EGT mature Typhoon Gas Turbine, Beel waste heat recovery shell boiler and Belliss natural gas compressor. The plant operated for ten years in CHP duty prior to being shutdown.
This equipment has been carefully preserved for future operation.
Before being offered for sale the entire package will be completely overhauled with a full warranty.
Planning, installation, commissioning and full local after sales service is included in the offer.
The Gas Turbine was removed from service on 21st May 2004 and had been fully operational prior to that time. The entire plant is available for immediate sale.
The Gas Turbine package and associated boiler is housed indoors and is thus in excellent condition having being fully maintained throughout.

This Ruston Tornado Gas Turbine unit is installed on a single base frame together with natural gas and liquid fuel system, steam injection, gearbox, lubrication oil and compressed air system, Rustronic MKII control system and MCC, Generator and controls.
This turbine has been fully overhauled by us and our partners, Sulzer Hickham.
It is available as a single or dual fuel unit.
