Turbine Efficiency Limited will ensure that its product and services continually satisfy all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and the expectations of its customers in all respects of quality, cost, performance, safety and reliability.
It is the Directors responsibility to encourage all employees to participate in the quest for quality. Awareness at every level, through good communication, is vital to the process, as is timely and appropriate staff training.
